CNC Fanuc lathe programming course intermediate level

OBJECTIVES

The students will be able to acquire the knowledge for the handling and programming of the numerical control of the lathe.  In ISO programming language and introduction to Manual Guide language, at an intermediate level, to be able to get more performance from the machines they work with.

CONTENT

Cycle programming in ISO language:

• Review of the general structure of a program
• Roughing cycle (G71)
• Finishing cycle (G70)
• Drilling cycle (G74)
• Grooving cycle (G75)
• Threading cycle (G76)
• Profile following cycle (G73)
